Vegan Raspberry Popsicles
Vegan Raspberry Popsicles

Say hello to your new favorite summer treat: Vegan Raspberry Popsicles! You'll only need 3 ingredients and they are without added sugar - so super healthy and perfect for every day!

Vegan Raspberry Popsicles

Usually, I don't have too much space in my freezer because it's always stuffed with frozen bananas, berries, veggies, etc., but these popsicles are reason enough to make a little bit of space!

The summers are getting hotter and hotter, and so is my apartment. I actually think the only thing that keeps me sane in this heat, is the occasional popsicle treat cool-off.

We will have rainy and cold weather soon enough so I try to enjoy the summer the best I can - and eating popsicles (all the time) is part of it too!

These vegan Raspberry Popsicles are not only dairy-free & vegan, they're gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and super healthy for you! They are made with fresh fruits - I've used fresh raspberries, one banana, and oat milk. You can use store-bought or homemade oat milk or any other plant-based milk you prefer.

The popsicles are super easy to make - just toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fine. Pour them into popsicle molds and freeze them overnight. Done and done.

They are such a delicious & healthy & kid-friendly dessert and super refreshing! Summer is much more manageable with those pops! If you want to make them sweeter, you can add maple syrup, rice syrup or whatever sweetener you prefer.

I just LOVE how easy, quick, minimalistic, and healthy these popsicles are! They are made from just 3 ingredients - and no added sugar. So you can eat them every day to cool off during the hot summer months!

Ingredients

You will need:

  • plant-based milk (you can use ANY kind of vegan milk, whatever you have at home. I used oat milk)
  • fresh raspberries
  • a banana (the riper the better)

Step 4: The next day you have homemade Raspberry Popsicles! If you're having a hard time getting them out of the mold, let them thaw a few minutes or rinse the mold under water.

My kids are popsicles addicts too! We go through a lot being in Florida where it gets pretty darn hot too. I prefer a creamier popsicle so these look great!

Yeay! We were having the hottest july in Austria since they started with the temperature/weather stuff lol. So popsicles are lifesavers right now.

I would love to try these! I am wondering if there is anything I can use instead of brown rice syrup?

You can easily use any liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave syrup! :)
