This Green Goddess Wrap consists of:
- homemade Spinach Falafel
- cucumber slices
- lambs lettuce / corn salad / field salad / rapunzel (wow.. how many names are there?!)
- mashed avocado
- homemade wheat flour tortillas
To make things easier and quicker, you can use store-bought tortillas or falafel. But I just love making things from scratch – not all the time – but on some days.
The falafel are made with canned chickpeas and are very freezer-friendly! So perfect for spontaneous falafel cravings.
Wraps are actually one of my favorite lunch meals because they are easy to make and great to take to work too!
