Pomegranate Gin Fizz

This refreshing vegan Pomegranate Gin Fizz is made with fresh pomegranate seeds. It's the perfect summer drink! You can easily make a non-alcoholic, kid-friendly version.

Pomegranate Gin Fizz

For me, summer and cocktails simply belong together. And what's better than cocktails made with fresh fruits?

I've blended up pomegranate seeds as a base for this Pomegranate Gin Fizz. Of course, you can also use store-bought pomegranate juice.

You can easily make a booze-free version by leaving out the gin - it's delicious either way.

This pretty pink cocktail is the ideal drink for date night, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, too!

Looking for more vegan drink & food ideas for vegan parties? I love having a get-together with friends and surprising them with fancy cocktails and delicious meals and snacks. It's my way of promoting veganism without the preachy part :)

And there's nothing more satisfying to me than knowing that they leave my home drunk and with a tummy full of delicious vegan food.

Heya Beth, 5cl converts to about 2 ounces of gin. Of course, you can add more or less gin, that's totally up to you and how strong you want the drink to be :)

This cocktail would be a really, really good excuse to buy some gin. :) I'll have to make more cocktail recipes for the blog, because I have way too much alcohol at home :S

Can’t wait to try this, just recently started drinking gin! Would you have a approximate amount of pomegranate juice that you would use?
