This Spooky Halloween Eyeball Cocktail is the perfect crowd-pleasing drink for your Halloween party! The base is a simple Gin Tonic with red grape juice. The eyeball add-in is super easy to make with only 2 ingredients.
Ever since we’ve moved to our party-friendly apartment (no neighbors! wohooo!) 2 years ago, we have been KILLING it at Halloween parties. Not to toot my own horn, but our parties are kind of legendary and I’m looking forward to Halloween all year long.
Of course, we always make sure to serve appropriate foods and drinks. I haven’t figured out all the foods we’re going to serve yet, but I’ve created a spooky cocktail that is perfect and a real crowd-pleaser because the base is simply gin tonic! And who doesn’t love gin tonic?!
If you host a Halloween party this year, THIS Spooky Halloween Eyeball Cocktail is a must!
It’s super easy to make you’ll only need gin, tonic, and red grape juice for the drink itself and canned lychees and frozen raspberries for the ‘eyeball’.
You could also make a punch bowl – just imagine how cool that would look with all the eyeballs in there!
How to make the eyeball
You’ll only need 2 ingredients:
- canned lychees
- and frozen raspberries
Stick a frozen raspberry into a canned lychee. Done. Creepy.
