This Spooky Halloween Eyeball Cocktail is the perfect crowd-pleasing drink for your Halloween party! The base is a simple Gin Tonic with red grape juice. The eyeball add-in is super easy to make with only 2 ingredients.

Up until a few years ago, I could not have cared less about Halloween. This totally changed. Now, I love dressing up, making creepy food and drinks.
And for this, I’ve created a spooky cocktail that is perfect and a real crowd-pleaser because the base is simply gin tonic! And who doesn’t love gin tonic?!
If you host a Halloween party this year, THIS Spooky Halloween Eyeball Cocktail is a must!
It’s super easy to make you’ll only need gin, tonic, and red grape juice for the drink itself and canned lychees and frozen raspberries for the ‘eyeball’.
You could also make a punch bowl – just imagine how cool that would look with all the eyeballs in there! It’s also less of a hassle because guests can pour their own drinks.

How to make the eyeballs
You’ll only need 2 ingredients:
- canned lychees
- and frozen raspberries
Stick a frozen raspberry into a canned lychee. Done. Creepy.
