Frozen Green Smoothie

Summer version of a green smoothie. This frozen treat will cool you down + tastes absolutely amazing! No refined sugar, no dairy, 100% plant-based and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas , frozen & in chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful spinach

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth (took me 1 1/2 minutes). You probably have to use your tamper wand to push the bananas down into the blades.

Notes

The bananas should be frozen for at least 4 hours. Here's more info on how to freeze bananas.
