Ingredients

  • 100 g ginger peeled
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add the peeled ginger, lemon juice, and water into a blender. And blend for about half a minute.
  • Place a nut milk bag over a bowl and pour in the ginger mixture to strain it.
  • Then you can fill the ginger shots into a glass jar. If it's too intense for you, you can always dillute it with more water.
Store it in the fridge. Give it a shake before pouring a shot. It will keep up to a week.
