Super easy Cantaloupe Lucuma Popsicles. The perfect refreshing treat for the summer! Vegan & gluten-free, sweetened with rice syrup and lucuma powder.

  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened soy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice syrup (or maple syrup or agave syrup)


  • Toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Fill the mixture in popsicle molds, add the popsicle stick.
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours and enjoy!
