This easy and vegan Garlic Slaw makes a pretty side dish! I used purple cabbage, sliced it thinly and let it marinate in a garlic sauce overnight to get softer. Yumm!
Wash the cabbage and thinly slice it (leave out the core) using a mandoline slicer.
Place the sliced cabbage in a large bowl, add the salt and lemon juice and give it a good mix. Then add about half a cup of the Garlic Sunflower Seed Dressing and mix again.
Place the slaw in the fridge and let it sit overnight.
The cabbage gets softer overnight. You can use it as a side dish or in burgers! :)
