Add the peeled ginger, lemon juice, and water into a blender. And blend for about half a minute.
Place a nut milk bag over a bowl and pour in the ginger mixture to strain it.
Then you can fill the ginger shots into a glass jar. If it's too intense for you, you can always dillute it with more water.Store it in the fridge. Give it a shake before pouring a shot. It will keep up to a week.
