Green Goddess Wrap with homemade flatbread, spinach falafel, cucumber, salad and mashed avocado. A delicious, filling and healthy lunch!

  • 2 tortillas (I've made them yeast-free {see recipe notes for the tortilla recipe} and added 1 teaspoon of black and white sesame seeds into the dough)
  • 6 spinach falafel
  • 2 avocados - pitted and peeled
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup lambs lettuce
  • 10 cucumber slices - cut in half


  • Prepare the tortillas and spinach falafel.
  • On each tortilla, mash one whole avocado and spread over the whole tortilla. Sprinkle with salt and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Add lambs lettuce, cucumber slices and spinach falafel.
  • Fold the wraps and enjoy!
