This Green Tea Matcha Chocolate gains its color from the Matcha Powder. Super easy to make and a great gift or treat for all the Matcha-Lovers out there.

Ingredients

cocoa butter
1/3
cup
confectioner's sugar
- sifted
1/2
teaspoon
coconut milk powder
- sifted
1/4
teaspoon
matcha green tea powder
- sifted

Instructions
In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter until it's completely liquid.
Add in the sifted confectioner's sugar, coconut milk powder & matcha powder.
Stir until there are no lumps in the chocolate mixture.
Fill the mixture in a
chocolate mold
.
Place the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!
Notes
It's best to store the chocolate in the fridge, as it melts easier than other chocolate.
