Put all the soy yogurt in a blender and add 1/8 cup of blueberries. Blend. Fill the first layer into popsicle molds. For the other layers, repeat adding 1/8 cup of blueberries, blend and fill in popsicle molds. Repeat until you have 4 layers.
Stick in a wooden popsicle stick and put them in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Enjoy your easy summer treat!
If you want to use unsweetened soy yogurt, I'd suggest adding a bit of maple syrup (or agave or rice syrup)!
