Ingredients

Salted Peanut Butter Nice Cream

  • 2 bananas frozen & in chunks
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Magic Chocolate Shell

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • For the nice cream: Put the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooooth. You might have to scrape down the sides a couple of times.
  • For the chocolate shell: Whisk the coconut oil with the cocoa powder. If your coconut oil is solid, warm it up real quick.
  • Pour the chocolate sauce over the nice cream and watch the magic enfold.
