Creamy homemade hummus topped with olive oil and Za'atar seasoning. This Za'atar Hummus is easy to make and the perfect dip for homemade crackers or veggie sticks! Makes approx. 2 cups of hummus.
Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and water to a blender (or food processor). Blend until completely smooth (you can add more water if the consistency is too thick).
Add the hummus to a bowl, top with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar.
