Vegan (Salted) Caramel Sauce

This is the easiest vegan Caramel Sauce ever! You’ll only need 3 ingredients and 1 minute to whisk it together! Drizzle it over nice cream, pancakes, or crepes! It’s true magic!

Salted Caramel Sauce over Nice Cream

Have you ever wished that you could have Caramel Sauce in one, two, three, done? Well… now you can! This vegan Caramel Sauce needs only three ingredients and can be made in a minute. Yes, you’ve read correctly… one minute.

You don’t even need to heat it up in order to get ooey-gooey. Just mix all the ingredients together and it’s ready to go.

It’s s good over some Nice Cream, pancakes, crepes, or I’ve also been using this sauce in my Snickers Cups. I may or may not have eaten it on its own… but who can judge me. It’s really THAT good.

You can store it in the fridge for a few days too, so you’ll always have it at hand for spontaneous caramel sauce cravings. If it’s getting too thick, you can always add a bit of water, whisk it again, and it’s good as new.

The ingredients

You will need:

  • almond butter – I am using brown almond butter made from 100% roasted almonds, no sugar, no salt, no additives.
  • maple syrup – alternatively you can also use rice syrup, or agave syrup
  • water
  • optional: salt for Salted Caramel Sauce

The basic steps

I love this!!! Even simpler than date-based caramel :)

Thanks Lucie! I just looked up date-based caramel and it looks really easy to make too (but much more cleanup to do - I don't like cleaning my blender hahaha).

Pair this with your last post, some chocolate chips, and a cherry on top and you would have an ice cream sundae in like 3 minutes tops! Or just grab a spoon and dive into this sticky sweetness, that sounds like a yummy plan too :) I am loving the easy, use them everyday recipes lately Bianca!

Ohh that ice cream sundae sounds amazing! I'll definitely have to try it before summer ends. I feel like I've gotten really lazy lately (well I always was, but sometimes I can hide it better) - that's what's up with the easy, everyday recipes hahaha.

Caramel IS one of the essential toppings for just about everything ;) Caramel on anything and it's going to be good! Haha! Since it's so easy, we never have to be without!
