Dank Tofu k&ouml;nnen wir eine pflanzliche Alternative zaubern &ndash; ich nenne das dann einfach Tofisch und Pommes! Und wenn es mal gute Produkte gibt, verschwinden die manchmal einfach wieder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deswegen ist es umso besser wenn man ein gutes Repertoire an verschiedenen Rezepten (z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elephantasticvegan.com\/de\/veganer-karottenlachs\/\">Karottenlachs<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elephantasticvegan.com\/de\/veganer-fisch-artischocken\/\">Artischocken-Fisch<\/a>) hat, damit vermisst man dann wirklich gar nichts mehr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist Tofisch?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tofisch ist eine gro&szlig;artige, tierleidfreie Alternative zu Fisch (perfekt f&uuml;r alle, die Fish and Chips lieben!). Er wird aus Tofufilets mit einem Blatt Nori-Alge gemacht, was f&uuml;r den typischen Meeresgeschmack sorgt. Beides furchtbar. Beides keine gute Option. Da bleib ich lieber bei meinem Tofisch! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn dieser Tofisch nicht eins zu eins die Konsistenz von echtem Fisch hat (es ist halt immer noch Tofu), schaut er dem &bdquo;Original&ldquo; t&auml;uschend &auml;hnlich! Vergiss nicht, frischen Zitronensaft dr&uuml;berzutr&auml;ufeln und das Ganze mit gehacktem Dill zu bestreuen. Das macht das Ganze erst so richtig gut! :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der perfekte Dip dazu ist nat&uuml;rlich: <strong>Vegane Tartare-Sauce<\/strong>. Was auch super dazu passt: Reis und Erbsen oder Erbsenp&uuml;ree! Dabei ist er so vielseitig!
