Sie sind perfekt f&uuml;r Partys oder als gesunder Snack! Nun hatte ich endlich die Gelegenheit, es auszuprobieren. Und es funktioniert, allerdings muss man die Mengenangaben (vor allem die Wasser-zu-Mehl-Ratio) angepassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe diese veganen und glutenfreien Cracker mit <strong>Kichererbsenmehl<\/strong> gemacht, das oft auch als <strong>Besan-Mehl<\/strong>, <strong>Gram-Mehl<\/strong> oder <strong>Garbanzo-Mehl<\/strong> bezeichnet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Cracker sind super lecker und knusprig, aber ich w&uuml;rde sie dir nur empfehlen, wenn du den Geschmack von Kichererbsen magst. Denn das Kichererbsenmehl hat einen starken Kichererbsengeschmack (eigentlich logisch) :) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir haben sie sehr gut geschmeckt und ich finde, sie sind der perfekte Snack f&uuml;r zwischendurch. Ich habe sie sogar mit Hummus (f&uuml;r den maximalen Kichererbsengenuss!) gegessen aber Guacamole w&auml;re zum Beispiel auch ein geeigneter Dip daf&uuml;r!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipps f&uuml;r die perfekten knusprigen Cracker:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Die Konsistenz des Teigs: <\/strong>Gib Wasser hinzu, bis du einen glatten Teig formen kannst. Wenn du unsicher bist, ist es besser, ihn zu feucht als zu trocken zu machen. Du kannst immer mehr Mehl in den Teig einarbeiten, w&auml;hrend du die Cracker ausrollst. Ein feuchterer Teig l&auml;sst sich leichter ausrollen als einer, der hart und br&ouml;selig ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Dicke der Cracker:<\/strong> Rolle den Teig so d&uuml;nn und gleichm&auml;&szlig;ig wie m&ouml;glich aus. Dadurch wird eine gleichm&auml;&szlig;ige Br&auml;unung erreicht! Wenn sie nicht d&uuml;nn genug sind, werden sie eher z&auml;h als knusprig. Am besten rollst du den Teig auf einem leicht bemehlten Backpapier aus, und ziehst das Backpapier mit den Crackern auf das Backblech. Es hilft auch, wenn du dir Zeit nimmst, den Teig auszurollen. Manchmal scheint es, als w&uuml;rde er nicht d&uuml;nner werden. Dann lasse ich den Teig kurz ruhen. Dann hat sich der Teig etwas entspannt und l&auml;sst sich noch einmal einfacher und d&uuml;nner ausrollen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nudelholz<\/strong>: Das richtige Nudelholz erleichtert das gleichm&auml;&szlig;ige Ausrollen des Teigs. Am besten funktioniert es mit einem gro&szlig;en Nudelholz mit drehbaren Griffen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backzeiten<\/strong>: Alle &Ouml;fen sind unterschiedlich. Behalte die Cracker beim ersten Mal im Auge. Wenn einige von ihnen etwas aufgehen, ist das ein gutes Zeichen! Sie sollten leicht golden\/braun werden. Du kannst sie nat&uuml;rlich auch weglassen, oder mit anderen Samen wie z.b. Einfach vertikal und horizonal Linien ziehen und es macht &uuml;berhaupt nichts wenn die Cracker unterschiedlich gro&szlig; sind oder nicht so perfekt ausschauen, das gibt dem ganzen einen wundersch&ouml;nen selbstgemachten Charakter!
