Frittatensuppe ist immer noch meine Lieblingssuppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gl&uuml;cklicherweise l&auml;sst sie sich ganz einfach veganisieren. Der Teig besteht nur aus Mehl, Wasser und Salz. Man kann allerdings Salz mit Kala Namak tauschen (f&uuml;r einen ei-igen Geschmack) und ein bisschen Kurkuma macht die Frittaten etwas gelber. Mit einer Suppenkelle den Teig in die Pfanne geben und die Pfanne schwenken, sodass sich der Teig sch&ouml;n verteilt.
