Pfannkuchen sind im Moment mein neues Lieblings-Wochenend-Fr&uuml;hst&uuml;ck (und wenn es die Zeit erlaubt auch an Wochentagen!).<\/p>\n<p>Meine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elephantasticvegan.com\/de\/fluffige-bananen-pancakes-schokostueckchen\/\">fluffigen Bananen-Pancakes mit Schokoladenst&uuml;ckchen<\/a> sind nicht nur am englischem Blog, sondern auch auf dem deutschen sehr gut bei euch angekommen. Das freut mich nat&uuml;rlich wahnsinnig! Also ... ich mag Pfannkuchen sehr gerne ... und ihr anscheinend auch, na dann? Machen wir mehr Pfannkuchen, oder?!<\/p>\n<h2>Die Zutaten f&uuml;r vegane Pfannkuchen<\/h2>\n<p>F&uuml;r diese einfachen Pfannkuchen ohne Eier und Milch ben&ouml;tigt man nur 6 Zutaten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eine sehr reife Banane<\/li>\n<li>pflanzliche Milch<\/li>\n<li>Ahornsirup<\/li>\n<li>&Ouml;l<\/li>\n<li>Mehl<\/li>\n<li>Backpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich habe die Pfannkuchen mit Mandelmus (ich gebs zu, ich bin s&uuml;chtig nach dem Zeug) und Himbeeren garniert. Aber ihr k&ouml;nnt nat&uuml;rlich auch andere Fr&uuml;chte oder anderes Nussmus (Erdnussbutter? Cashewmus?) hinzuzuf&uuml;gen.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ kann auch Ahornsirup dar&uuml;ber getr&auml;ufelt werden, Heidelbeeren oder Schokoladenst&uuml;ckchen in den Pfannkuchenteig eingearbeitet werden. Es gibt total viele M&ouml;glichkeiten, diese Pfannkuchen immer wieder in abgewandelter Form zu genie&szlig;en!<\/p>\n<h2>Schritt-f&uuml;r-Schritt-Anleitung f&uuml;r vegane Pfannkuchen<\/h2>\n<p>Pfannkuchen ohne Eier und Milchprodukte zu machen ist super einfach! Mit einem Eis-Portionierer den Pfannkuchen-Teig in die Pfanne (bei mittlerer bis geringer Hitze) geben. Den Pfannkuchen auf der anderen Seite auch noch&nbsp;golden werden lassen. Mandelmus und frische Himbeeren drauf und genie&szlig;en! :)<\/p>\n<h2>Pfannkuchen - Fragen &amp; Antworten<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Was kann ich tun, wenn meine Pfannkuchen noch nicht durch sind?<\/strong><br>\nWenn die Pfannkuchen au&szlig;en schon goldbraun sind, aber innen noch fl&uuml;ssig sind, reduziere die Hitze! So haben sie mehr Zeit, auch innen durchzuwerden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was kann ich tun, wenn meine Pfannkuchen nicht so sch&ouml;n aufgehen?<\/strong><br>\nF&uuml;ge etwas mehr Backpulver hinzu! Dies wird sie flaumiger machen und sie werden richtig sch&ouml;n aufgehen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mein Pfannkuchenteig breitet sich zu sehr aus?!<\/strong><br>\n<strong>Mein Pfannkuchenteig verteilt sich nicht genug?!<\/strong><br>\nKeine Sorge, der Teig kann ganz leicht angepasst werden! Wenn sich der Teig zu sehr in der Pfanne verteilt, etwas mehr Mehl hinzuf&uuml;gen und verr&uuml;hren. Wenn sich der Pfannkuchenteig nicht ausreichend verteilt, etwas mehr pflanzliche Milch hinzuf&uuml;gen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kann ich diese Pfannkuchen ohne &Ouml;l machen?<\/strong><br>\nJa, das Rezept beinhaltet nur sehr wenig &Ouml;l, deswegen kann es auch problemlos weggelassen werden. Allerdings werden sie auf der Au&szlig;enseite anders aussehen, weil ich die Pfanne mit &Ouml;l bespr&uuml;ht habe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sind Bananenpfannkuchen gesund?<\/strong><br>\nDiese Pfannkuchen sind komplett ohne wei&szlig;em Zucker. Sie werden nur mit Bananen und Ahornsirup ges&uuml;&szlig;t. Daher halte ich diese Pfannkuchen f&uuml;r eine viel ges&uuml;ndere Alternative zu traditionellen Pfannkuchen. Au&szlig;erdem enthalten sie keine tierischen Produkte! Und es wird nur minimal &Ouml;l verwendet. Wenn du diese Pfannkuchen noch ges&uuml;nder machen m&ouml;chtest, kann auch eine Mischung aus Dinkel- und Weizenmehl oder Vollkornmehl verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie macht man Pfannkuchen ohne Eier und Milchprodukte?<\/strong><br>\nPfannkuchen ohne Eier und Milchprodukte? Es ist absolut m&ouml;glich! Und nicht nur das, sie werden sogar RICHTIG lecker. Der Trick: Bananenp&uuml;ree und ein bisschen mehr Backpulver als &uuml;blich. Dies ergibt die fluffigsten Pfannkuchen &uuml;berhaupt! Und sie halten perfekt zusammen. Es besteht &uuml;berhaupt kein Bedarf an Eiern! Als Milch-Ersatz habe ich pflanzliche Milch verwendet. In diesem Fall, unges&uuml;&szlig;te Reismilch aber hier kann jede Milch verwendet werden: Mandelmilch, Hafermilch, Sojamilch, ...
