Ich heiße Bianca Haun, bin 33 Jahre alt und aus Linz in Oberösterreich. Seit Juli 2014 stelle ich schon meine liebsten veganen Rezepte auf meinen Blog ElephantasticVegan.com<\/a>. Anfangs nur auf englisch - mittlerweile auch auf deutsch.<\/p>\n\n\n

Wie alles anfing.<\/strong> 2012 war ich in Amerika auf Urlaub, und während dieser Zeit wurde ich zum ersten Mal mit Veganismus konfrontiert. Ich habe dann angefangen mich mit Massentierhaltung zu beschäftigen, habe vegan gegessen und war überrascht wie lecker und kreativ die pflanzliche Küche war! Als ich zufällig auf das Buch Tiere Essen<\/a><\/em> von Jonathan Safran Foer gestoßen bin, habe ich mir dieses natürlich gleich gekauft und noch am Nachhauseweg von den US gelesen. Ein wenig später habe ich noch die Dokumentation Earthlings<\/a><\/em> gesehen und seitdem ernähre ich mich vegan und liebe jede Sekunde davon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Über den Blog.<\/strong> Angefangen zu bloggen habe ich aus dem einfachen Grund, dass man als Veganer oft gefragt wird, was man denn dann eigentlich noch so essen kann. Ich wollte zeigen, dass Vegan-sein nicht Steine-Essen bedeutet. Vegane Küche ist kreativ, tierleidfrei, lecker, gut für den Körper und für die Seele!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich freue mich natürlich sehr, dass du auf diese Seite gekommen bist und hoffe, dass du ein paar interessante Rezepte für dich entdecken kannst! Folge mir doch auf facebook<\/a>, pinterest<\/a>, instagram<\/a> um über neue Rezepte informiert zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
