Vegan Raspberry Popsicles (4 ingredients)

Recipe for dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free vegan Raspberry Popsicles! They are super easy to make and the perfect treat for the summer!

Vegan Raspberry Popsicles

I have a confession to make – I’m an addict – a popsicle addict. :D My freezer is literally stuffed with popsicles and ice creams of all kinds (it’s really hard to close the door!).

Well… who can blame me, this summer was like the hottest summer ever! At least here in Austria – I couldn’t remember a summer with such high temperatures that lasted that long. I’m not complaining… not at all… I really appreciate the sun & my plants on the balcony do too!

We will have rainy and cold weather soon enough so I try to enjoy the summer the best I can – and eating popsicles (all the time) is part of it too!

Vegan Raspberry Popsicles

These popsicles are not only dairy-free & vegan, they’re gluten-free, refined sugar-free and super healthy for you! They are made with fresh fruits – I’ve used fresh raspberries, banana, almond milk and rice syrup. You can use store-bought or homemade almond milk or, of course, any other nut milk you prefer.

The popsicles are super easy to make – just toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fine. Pour them into popsicle molds and freeze them overnight.

Vegan Raspberry Popsicles

They are such a delicious & healthy & kid-friendly dessert and super refreshing! Summer is much more manageable with those pops.

I would love to try these! I am wondering if there is anything I can use instead of brown rice syrup?

You can easily use any liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave syrup! :)

These look great, I don't think a better simple summer snack exists! And great pics too. Popsicles are so challenging to photograph for me, but you rocked it!

My kids are popsicles addicts too! We go through a lot being in Florida where it gets pretty darn hot too. I prefer a creamier popsicle so these look great!

Yeay! We were having the hottest july in Austria since they started with the temperature/weather stuff lol. So popsicles are lifesavers right now.

I love that they're a creamy pop and not just fruit! So good! And the color is the best ;)

Aww thank you so much Rebecca! I love to add almond milk to anything - it's my favorite :)
